When you purchases a digital product, you will be sent a download link after checking out. The link expires 24 hours after the purchase. If you click an expired link, a new link will be sent to the email address used for the initial purchase. (From ecommerce FAQ of web provider.)

Any physical products are sent via Canada Post. At this time there are no physical products available through the Hungry Familiar website – only during our Kickstarters.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, returns are unfortunately not accepted. Please be sure of your purchase before checking out.
